What specifically is the difference between RIS1.0 and RIS1.5

Does anyone have a part-by-part listing of the differences between
RIS1.0 and RIS1.5? I am under the impression, for example, that there
is a white clutch-type gear intended to permit a motor to continue
turning if the drive train/robot becomes stuck (presumably to prevent
the RCX outputs from burning out). Lego wants about $45 CDN for the
1.5 upgrade kit, and, given the mountain of Lego I'm drowning in, I
can't imagine there are many pieces I don't already have. At the same
time, I don't doubt that there may be some set-specific pieces that I
couldn't get anywhere else, but what are they and how many of them are
there and are they worth the $45? This is something I have to judge
for myself, but Lego can't supply a list of what's in the upgrade.

Can anyone supply such a list, and for that matter, what have they
changed in the CD?
