Depends. If you want the capability of plugging into wall power, you want a
9719 (plus, you might still be able to get a free upgrade kit even though the
date has long since passed - it never hurts to call on these things). If
they're at the same store, you might also try and talk them into a discount for
the 1.0 version (even if they're not at the same store, you might still try
for a discount). The main advantage of the 1.5 kit is the clutches.
