I don't know what version 0325 is, but as far as I know, only two versions of the firmware have shipped with Lego sets so far. Both the 1.0 and 1.5 RIS sets, plus all add-on sets (RoboSports, Extreme Creatures, Mars) ship with the original firmware. (...) (25 years ago, 27-Nov-00, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) It is not from a set if I remember correctly. I think I downloaded it from Lego's Mindstorms web page once upon a time. The readme says it is from "RCX2 SDK PRE ALPHA, PATCH 3." The date given is April 17, 2000. -Kekoa (25 years ago, 27-Nov-00, to lugnet.robotics)
