(...) Actually I thought that looked really nice...functons seem like they would work pretty well too. You could try to use a "worm" gear to gear down the turntable; it can usually get the job done without using too much space... (25 years ago, 20-Nov-00, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.technic)

I think I got mine in the USA for $179.98 (or was it 169.98 or 159.98???) at www.ebworld.com. This is the website for electronics boutique. Last I checked, their store fronts also sell the RIS 1.5 for 179.98. However, I don't know if it will work, (...) (25 years ago, 20-Nov-00, to lugnet.robotics)
