(...) Those resistors in the Cybermaster touch sensors are in parallel to the sensor. You can read its value when the sensor is not pressed. Cybermaster uses it to figure out which sensor is connected to what port before starting the actual program. (...) (25 years ago, 4-Oct-00, to lugnet.robotics)

I'd like to go on and on about it, but I haven't heard the official word yet as to what I should/could say and not say. The publisher is Addison Wesley Longman, and I'm really not positive when it will be out (don't know how long it takes for (...) I've also notice NQC codes are much smaller in comparision to RCX. I think the speed and size have to do with the fact that RCX are generated generic codes (very inefficient). (...) (25 years ago, 4-Oct-00, to lugnet.robotics)

Am I imagining things, or is NQC much faster than RCX Code when programmed to do similar tasks. As part of my ongoing NQC study, I replaced today a program I'd originally written with the drag-n-drop RCX Code generator, with one written in NQC. It's (...)
