| Hi, has anybody ever tried to 'circumvent' the IR Tower? May be by using the IrDA port on a laptop? Tada, REB (25 years ago, 26-Sep-00, to lugnet.robotics)

I did it this way : I wrote a program with the VC - Software with a function for every field. (don't care wich function but it should be (...) (25 years ago, 26-Sep-00, to lugnet.robotics)

| I've received a nice email from Lego Shop At Home in the UK (I sent them a query about the parts I wanted as well as a request for a catalogue) and they can give me the RIS 1.0 to 1.5 Upgrade for £20, which is about $28. Not too bad! Dan (25 years ago, 26-Sep-00, to lugnet.robotics)

| Its not private. The sdk 2.0 beta is availible to the public, but they got rid of the easy link. THe other way to get to it is to go to the mindstorms website, click tips and tricks. In the left hand frame, towards the bottom, there is something (...) (25 years ago, 25-Sep-00, to lugnet.robotics)
