Well, I don't have my RCX yet, but I'd hazard a guess that the slope
parameter sets a hysteresis for the boolean.
So: instead of the boolean value changing every time it passes the
halfway point, it needs to actually be (slope) away from the
halfwaypoint, to change the boolean to the new value.
Or possibly that it increases this hysteresis, or some such.
