Does there exist a C/C++/ActiveX programming interface (custom-built or supplied by the companies) that allows a user to control and process the image captured from Quickcam or Vision Command, preferrably under Visual C++ environment?? (25 years ago, 14-Sep-00, to lugnet.robotics)
