This is my suggestion:
Make a Crane (controled by RCX) that he can find
object to grab it, the RCX send message to a Truck
(controled by RCX or RDS) and let truck move near
Crane, Crane drop down object to Truck, Truck moves to
a place and dump object, Crane go on finding new
object, repeat.
Crane can forward and spin, grab and lift
Truck can forward and spin, dump
What do you think?
