I do not know if this sale is nation-wide or not, but in the Sunday 7/23
Best Buy sale flyer I saw that the store was discounting both RDS and
DDK for this week (through 7/29). Yesterday evening I finally made it
over there, and they did indeed have all of their mindstorms accessories
on sale *except* for RIS (I didn't even know they carried this stuff).
The prices were:
DDK -- $49.99
RDS -- $89.99
robosports or extreme creatures -- $36.99
They had a shelf tag for the ultimate accessory set, but my store was all
out. The RIS sets they had were 1.0 versions with the sticker for the
free software/parts upgrade to 1.5, if that is of interest to anyone.
