**** Lego Mindstorms RCX driver updated! - See below ****

The WebRemote Device Controller allows you to control devices or play simple
games across a NetMeeting connection... If you have devices to control then
you simply run the device controller, add the drivers for your devices and
connect to NetMeeting to make the devices available. If you want to control
someone's devices then just run the device controller and connect to
NetMeeting. Once connected available devices will be displayed. You can
select a device to control and if you don't have the appropriate controller
installed you can download it from the web automatically.

At present there are four devices you can control, a Lego Mindstorms RCX, a
Robot Arm (or any device that uses the MiniSSC servo controller), a
National Control Devices ASEL video switch (16 video inputs, 1 video output)
and a generic serial port driver that allows you to control any device that
you can connect to a serial port. More drivers will be available soon. Also
you
can play a simple game of TicTacToe across your netmeeting link. We expect
to have a chequers game and a chess game available soon.

The Lego Mindstorms driver has just been upgraded, it now supports
controlling
motors, reading sensors and running stored programs on the remote RCX.

If you can think of any other pieces of hardware that you would like to be
able to control over your netmeeting link then get in touch and we'll write
a driver for you!

So, take a look at http://www.WebRemote.co.uk/040300-2.shtml

Comments and suggestions welcome. The device controller works with any
version of NetMeeting but there seems to be some problem talking between
users with NM 2.x and NM 3.x.
