  iCommand 0.5 Setup/Test Problem
 
Hi, Just trying out iCommand 0.5, following the instructions in the README file. Have done all steps (except the step "In Eclipse, select the RXTXcomm.jar you just added and expand it by clicking +..." as I can't see how you can expand a jar and (...) (19 years ago, 17-Nov-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  Support for Robolab 2.5.4 on Intel iMac
 
I am a LEGO Robolab Mentor. The PC adminstrator installing Robolab on new Intel-based iMacs is having an issue with version 2.5.4. The main splash screen locks up. Has anyone seen this issue and is there a solution? Is using the 2.9 software the (...) (19 years ago, 17-Nov-06, to lugnet.robotics)

Hi Dick, (...) is SAMBA available when a LEGO firmware is flashed? If you first have to do a long reset to activate SAMBA then that will wipe the first few kilobytes of flash, so the image will be incomplete and useless. (...) I second that. (...) (19 years ago, 15-Nov-06, to lugnet.robotics)

Hi, I have modified the NXT firmware source to work with gcc, and also set up the make file. Pls. read on if you are interested... NXT can be programmed with a gcc toolchain (Lego uses IAR). The gcc toolchain setup description I have made is (...) (19 years ago, 15-Nov-06, to lugnet.robotics)
