(...) You may want to check if your motors are the new type 9V geared motor (#43362). If so, please be aware it is prone to failure, the first sign being sticking. So yes every effort should be made to ease learning but definitel, as others said, one language won't fit everyone needs, because those needs can really be way too different. Wrong :) For two reasons: - a JIT is quite complex if you want to really gain something and requires too much memory (remember the NXT only has 64 KB of RAM); - JIT and real-time are not good friends...
