.... (...) Hi Tom, I've exactly the same error coming up istalling brickOS 0.2.6.10 or 0.2.6.9 and cygwin 1.3.22 on an WinME machine. (...) ... (...) Binutils, from 2.12 (IIRC) up to 2.13.1 produced malformed symbolsrec files. Use a later version of binutils. Max. (22 years ago, 19-Aug-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

Hi, I'm trying to get brickos working on a linux box running mandrake. I downloaded gcc-2.95.3 and binutils-2.13.1 and compiled them to make a cross compiler. That seems to have worked successfully. Then I ran ./configure;make to make brickos (...) (22 years ago, 19-Aug-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

(...) Which was the basis of my original suggestion, that the smaller volume on the "contract" side of pistons (both large and small) would imply that they contract slightly faster than they expand, but with slightly less force? ROSCO (22 years ago, 18-Aug-03, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.robotics)
