Do you have to choose a transistor that will switch somewhere near and below 9 volts? Cause Fred mentioned that the handyboard is rated for 9V motors. But, does this mean that the pulse generator make 9V square waves? (...) (29 years ago, 4-Apr-96, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

I think the question on how to run higher current motors has got to be the most asked question here. Maybe we should add more info to the FAQ or something.
