I'd agree that 6085 is more aesthetically attractive that 6080, but doesn't
it bother anyone else that 6085 is essentially a remake of an old set? I
mean, even the dungeons are in the same corner on both castles. You would
have thought they could have at least done something to make the two castles
structurally different. If I remember correctly, the Kings Mountain Fortress
came out before or simultaneously to 6085, and that certainly incorporated a
new exciting design. Why take a step back with an already used concept?

My favourite castle is still the Black Falcon's Fortress, I only wish it
were a bit bigger.

(...) Well, here's a quickie. . . For comparison: the King's Castle (URL) the Black Monarch's Castle (URL) the balance, I'd say the 6085, but that can vary depending on what you want. The two castles are in many ways isomorphic: both occupy three (...) (23 years ago, 4-Oct-01, to lugnet.reviews)
