I could get into the software with no problems but when I tried to record something it would poop out on me. The was no readme file so I do (...) (...) I can't respond to the main thrust of this thread, but I do want to share my family's experience with tech support. My sons got LEGO Studio for Christmas. They installed the software on our Win98 machine. It kept GPF'ing. On Dec 27 (with a (...) (24 years ago, 3-Jan-01, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.general)

(...) ...That's partly a byproduct of MPGs. The sound does not necessarily sync with the video (depending on the client system (this is all IIRC, and YMMV)). (...) The issue here is not the quality of the cam per say. The Vision Command set is GREAT. For $139CDN you get parts, the cam, and some really neat software.
