Yeah, I think so.  The blue color is also in
7317 Aero Tube Hanger and the
7313 Red Planet Protector, I think.
It's hard to distinguish on the box and on the instructions, on the box it
looks like dark blue, on the instructions it looks like dark grey.

Also, for any Life on Mars owners:

Does anyone notice (in the 7310 instructions anyway) that
7313 says "Cont. ?? pcs/pzs/pçs"?

I didn't look in the TRU, and am now 88 miles away from one.
