Actually, the biggest raised base plate I'm aware of is the 48x48 base plate
in 5808 (there is one annoying thing about this plate, it has two rounded
corners, with a radius of like 8 and no studs on the edge of the plate).
From the looks of it 3117 SCALA Splash Swimming Pool is also a 48x48 base
plate

| (...) Hm. I haven't gotten around to re-assembling that one to write a review of it yet. Maybe I'll do that this weekend, along with the Royal Drawbridge. From memory, though, the castle is fairly nice. Some interesting large wall segments (6x6x6 (...) (25 years ago, 4-Sep-99, to lugnet.reviews)
