Well, if it needs to be hosted elsewhere I can do that. I can also
look into giving a single trustworthy person limited telnet access to
my account to actually install and get it working.
Or Todd can host it and I can just use it. :)

I'm pushing Todd's hot button on purpose here a bit, but I suspect that even though it's GPL he might not host it because Todd has a bit of NIH, which is what I was referring to vis-a-vis cathedral vs. bazaar.
