What's your format? I have a 3225 I sent to Adequate.com a year ago,
almost, and it hasn't been posted yet (it was posted to RTL I think) so
at this point I would send it to any site that would publish it. Or is
this your own reviews only?

I know that Larry's post is in response to Jeff Johnston's original post but
I wanted to share my ideas on the matter.

I'm quite bummed about the way things have gone at adequate.com.  I edited
around twenty reviews that have been waiting to be posted (not just my own
reviews but from other contributors as well) and the files have been sitting
there for almost a year now.  That discouraged me from writing any more
reviews and the adequate.com site gets PLENTY of requests to do more recent
sets (especially Star Wars stuff).

I've thought about working with Joshua Delahunty as Todd suggested in:
http://www.lugnet.com/reviews/?n=181
but I'm aware that Joshua has been busy with school and stuff and it isn't
always easy to share webmaster privileges of a site that one has created
and maintained themself since the beginning (letting someone else in always
allows the possibility of getting things really screwed up).

I'd like to eventually start a review site that will have:
  A) an open review format (i.e. RTL review format, adequate.com format,
whatever format),
  B) addendums to reviews where people can respond to the original review (an
idea I suggested to adequate.com YEARS ago but it never got interest),
  C) possible multiple reviews for the same set, and
  D) a special section for clone-brand reviews.

Time will tell if this pans out.  I don't know how snazzy the site will look,
but hey, it's mainly about info on the set and not so much for bells and
whistles.

(...) Hmmmmm......I Could do all that with just a faqomatic site. Then I could dish out access to people who showed promise. Or I could allow free access, and have moderators. Anyone have ideas? I could set up a working site in a day. A snazzy one (...) (25 years ago, 17-Aug-99, to lugnet.reviews)
