Even though the CS cargo helicopter may be unusual, I've
always considered it to be the best minifig scale helicopter
from TLG (6462-1 and 6545 have potential for something
really good).

While I agree they have potential, I would have to say that the BEST minifig scale copter would have to be the light and sound air sea rescue copter, it looks a lot like the US coast guard ones.
