I'm planning on finally taking some decent pictures of my newly remodeled
city and could use some help.
Every once in a while people mention their 3-point lighting setup. Can
anyone give any pointers in terms of optimal placement of lights, wattage,
diffusers? I'm really quite the novice at this, but know that many of you
take some fantastic pictures.
Taking the models outside isn't feasible as the city has grown by leaps and
bounds. I currently have seven 90-watt canned lights installed in the
ceiling and can add some desk lamps and the camera's flash if necessary.
What would you advise?

I use lots of mirrors and a couple of fill lights (one 500Watt-Halogen L-Bracket work light, one 100Watt-Halogen Mini-version of (...) (24 years ago, 1-Feb-01, to lugnet.publish.photography)
