Re: [PRESS RELEASE] INTRODUCING BRICKS? MAGAZINE - THE LEGO® FAN MAGAZINE.

(...) Well, it was just a thought. I guess the question is how wide a circulation the mag is aiming for. Is it exclusively for AFOLs or is it a more general brick-toy-hobbyist material? In the case of the former, which is fine, I guess you have a (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.publish)

Re: [PRESS RELEASE] INTRODUCING BRICKS? MAGAZINE - THE LEGO® FAN MAGAZINE.

(...) I'm curious-- how would the inclusion of non-LEGO items help round off a *LEGO* fan magazine? (...) I think we would have to agree that our situation is rather unique-- why try and force it into something it is not? (...) Personally, I would (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.publish)

Re: [PRESS RELEASE] INTRODUCING BRICKS™ MAGAZINE - THE LEGO® FAN MAGAZINE.

(...) Matt, just a suggestion, but perhaps you might consider including clone brands a little more. Maybe something like a "Clone Corner", a one page column in every issue on clone brand issues. Personally, I have never bought any clone brands, nor (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.publish)

(...) Lindsay, you're a lifesaver! I tried voloview, but it wasn't performing as advertised ... but then I went to Turbocad! Free 15 day trial! And more functionality than I could possibly hope to comprehend! It took me a while to wend my way (...) (22 years ago, 7-Jan-03, to lugnet.publish)

  Whoops! Correction re: image conversion?

(...) VoloView will get you as far as a .dxf or an .xml, and maybe you can take it from there: (URL) Again, it's a freebie. Yay! (TurboCad will apparently take your conversion the full 100 yards.) best LFB (22 years ago, 7-Jan-03, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: image conversion?

(...) Need a conversion tool? Take a look here: (URL) one in particular claims to do what you need, and has a 30-day trial: (URL) one of those will do. all best LFB (22 years ago, 7-Jan-03, to lugnet.publish)

  image conversion?

Does anyone, *anyone* out there know how to make a .dwf file into something useful, like a .jpg or a .gif? I've got a pair of fantastic .dwf files that I can view in a viewer here at work - they're two side views of a train that I'd like to include (...) (22 years ago, 6-Jan-03, to lugnet.publish)
