Three new subgroups of lugnet.publish have just been created. Some of these
are long overdue. Accordingly, the breadth of the main .publish group has
been scaled back slightly. Legal issues are still part of the main .publish
group (i.e., not their own subgroup).
CHARTER/PURPOSE

-> lugnet.publish.cinema (group):
LEGO moviemaking: cinema and cinematic techniques, stop-motion
animation, movie "studio" products, stories & storyboarding, ideas,
questions, etc.
-> lugnet.publish.photography (group):
Still LEGO photography: ideas, questions, answers, problems,
experiences, discussions about digital cameras, lighting techniques,
composition, etc.
-> lugnet.publish.html (group):
HTML document format: problems, solutions, questions, tips & tricks,
authoring tools, technical discussions, etc.
lugnet.publish (group and hierarchy):
General publishing issues: legal issues, Internet service providers,
operating system issues, miscellaneous questions, etc.
