Under US law, you secure your copyright simply by fixing the notice. You can
also register your copright, which can give you some advantages, but it is not
necessary for you to register to retain your rights. If you are in the US, you
should go to the Library of Congress's copyright basics page and check it out:
http://www.loc.gov/copyright/circs/circ1.html
and if your page has Lego content, make sure you read their "Fair Play" legal
notice at:
http://www.lego.com/info/fair.asp
