Do you have a program which can save JPG files? If not, grab a copy of
Paint Shop Pro on the web. When you save as a jpg, you should get a
dialogue box which lets you choose the quality of the final image. The
lower the quality, the lower the file size. Choose a reasonable quality
(I usually use 50-60% compression) and save. Reopen the file and check
if the quality and file size are where you want them. If they're not,
resave the original file with different compression. Never resave a JPG
file as a JPG, because that will only increase file-size while further
decreasing quality (because the new file will try to save the artifacts
introduced in the first one, while adding even more artifacts).

| Hi everyone! So I finnally got around to taking movies of my LEGO City on my JVC PalmCorder. Then I hooked it up to the docking station, and using a program that came with the camera, I took 36 stills from the video to upload. Problem: The picture (...) (25 years ago, 12-Mar-00, to lugnet.publish)
