Wow.

Incredible detail! The sails are wonderful, if not strictly LEGO :-)

This is an inspirational masterpiece. You're right about the three
decks, but who's counting? The look of it, and the photography are both
excellent.

It certainly shows up all the faults in my first attempt
( http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=4470 ), including the
inability to get inside very easily :(

HMS Bob, the next one to be built, will have to be much better. And it
will :-)  Goodbye to those brown hull sections, hello lots of brown
2x4s. This time I won't have to split thirty-odd Naboo Swamps with
Lindsay. Thank goodness for bulk packs! I'll be sticking with LEGO
rigging, though ;-)

Spotted this on Brickshelf - a 64 (?) gun Ship-of-the-Line, the HMS Diadem.
All you pirate-heads might want to take a look.  I suppose a 64 gun SotL
shouldn't be a triple-decker, but why be that picky?  :-)
