Do not worry about the sails too much, you can use muslin cut to the pattern of the tattered sails. Look for the following. Tall brown rigging Black base mast pieces that are approx. 4" tall ( not the 4x4plate w/base for mast) Crows nest Red or (...) (23 years ago, 16-Apr-01, to lugnet.pirates)

I exchange heads all the time. In the interests of equal opportunity, I like to have lots of female minifigs, so I am always interested in acquiring more female heads which I can put onto the torsos. hi Tom, It takes about 1 minute to translate a beautifull Pirate, or blue or red-guys flag into a perfect white one, without any visible deformation.
