The "pan-style" helmet is a Kettle Hat, alternately Ketyl Hat/Helm, or
Chapel de Fer. There are other names, but those are the ones you are most
likely to see.
The "conquistador" helmet is often refered to as a Spanish Morion, but
properly speaking, that is a "combless" helmet, more of a Cabasset with a
Morion brim. The Morion with the raised comb (the Lego variation) is
sometimes refered to as a Comb Morion (but I imagine this is a modern term),
and actually first came from Italy. As with most armor, names tend to blend
into each other and vary from region to region, so the one standard is that
there usually isn't a standard or "official" name.

| I was wondering if anyone out there knows the "official" name for the "conquistador" type helmets worn by the Imperial Armada soldiers. If you are an expert, maybe you can also help with those new "pan style" castle helmets. Thanks Jon (24 years ago, 12-Dec-00, to lugnet.pirates)
