I haven't been able to find a string comparable to the thick string used in the pirate ships, but I have found a string comparable
to the thin string, and it seems to work plenty well for rigging (in fact, you can tie better knots in it than the thick LEGO
string). I found it by going to a craft store and looking over all their string and yarn choices. I think it may actually be yarn
intended for cross-stitch, but I'm not exactly sure.
