How bad is it?

When I need it, I really really need it, and I'd be willing to have to go
through a "do you really mean to do this, it's gonna be slow and you may
wait a long time because I'm gonna set the priority on this thread really
low so it doesn't impact Important Stuff" warning box that I had to answer
yes to, and then wait a long time for the answer....

You can't just index all the 2 word combinations in advance the way you can
with words, combinatorial explosion eats you, even done sparsely. But what
if you ran the regular search to find only posts that had all N words and
then brute force searched just their text?
