Nice to see this happening!  This is my first post on lugnet.  I too am a
bit busy working on a current project, the Chinese Restaurant my family had
when I was growing up, but I do want to work on a lego essay of 'lesbian
hair through the ages'.  You know Classic Mullet, Modern Classic Mullet,
Documentary filmmaker ponytail, etc.

Welcome, Angela!  Great we could get you onto the boards.  You know, Harry
Potter has brought us some fabulous new hairstyles--wait, substitute the word
"sensible" for "fabulous."  Ron Weasley provides a nice Dyke Bowl Cut;
Dumbledore's hair makes a great Earth Mother do and could mod into a decent
mullet (sans hair dye).  I can't wait to see the hairdos (and don'ts)!

I better get cracking on this, is it okay to have them sitting around a Chinese
Restaurant, I guess it could be some trendy Manhattan club that  allows a girl
night on Sundays.  The HP series is really useful for sensible haircuts, but
Hermione's hair is fabulous and can be used for Lipstick Lesbian or Lesbian Real
Estate Agent. Does it come in blond?  Then it can be L.A. Real Estate Agent.
Thanks for reminding me about the earth mother 'do, we need to pay homage to our
forebears.  Oohh, Hagrid can be a bear!  Okay if I keep talking about this I'm
never going to do it.

(...) Ooh, you betta work, girl! I love the idea of setting it in the restaurant. Perhaps it's a Smith College "family" reunion banquet? Spidey's Mary Jane gives us the light red (strawberry blond?) version of Hermione's hair, so maybe that's New (...) (20 years ago, 21-Sep-04, to lugnet.people.lgbt, FTX)
