Been Gone Too Long

It wasn't too long ago that LUGNET was my second home. But for the past couple
years I've had other distractions that have kept me away. I still build
something almost every day, but I've been mainly using Duplo and Quatro since
the birth of my son two years ago.
But a couple days ago, I strayed into the old LEGO room and found a few projects
that I had left gathering dust. Got me thinking in bricks again, and I even
found a fresh perspective on a few construction challenges I'd been struggling
with. Got me to finally introduce my son to "real" LEGO. (He can stack 2x2's
like nobody's business.) Got me to follow a familiar old link and start
reading.
Anyway, just thought I'd de-lurk for a moment to say a quick "hello." One Dark
Age was plenty for me...
