  Re: LUGNET Memberships

I don't know if this thread is still active, but it seems as if it is the best place to ask my question. I have created an email account for myself for the main purpose of doing LUGNET at school, but I don't know where to edit the user information (...) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-05, to lugnet.people)

Childhood Dreams Come True...Classic Space Homeworld Mod

I'm sure most of you swooshed your ships all over the house, and imagined them dodging through space, adventures aplenty. Well now, they really can have those adventures. (URL) Consider this a very small teaser of things to come. A demo of the (...)   Re: Time to turn on the spotlight.

(...) Sweet! Thanks for also linkin' to the entry gallery! (...) Yeah, it's fine either way. (...) Personal preference on the photos is fine, as long as there's one standard isometric (3/4) view. I'm gonna save and rename a photo from each entry (...) (21 years ago, 31-Mar-05, to lugnet.people.teens, FTX)

Re: Time to turn on the spotlight.

Hey, I put a notice of the LeVig contest on (URL). Just for clarification, it is okay to use the lever base without the stick, right? Or the stick without the base? Also, do you want just one photo of each vignette? Or would you prefer multiple (...) (21 years ago, 31-Mar-05, to lugnet.people.teens, FTX)

  Re: Ironic.....

(...) Doesn't mean that others don't use it.... We have had a number of TFOL lurkers 'coming out' recently (so to speak); I'm sure there's a better reason. Legoswami (21 years ago, 30-Mar-05, to lugnet.people.kids)

(...) Because Lugnet is primarily for grownups. Adrian (21 years ago, 30-Mar-05, to lugnet.people.kids)

  Ironic.....

...... That the only group of people LEGO is said to really care about has it's own newsgroup, and it has NEVER EVER been used, LOL! I wonder what the reason for this could be? Legoswami (21 years ago, 30-Mar-05, to lugnet.people.kids)

  Re: In support of Larry

(...) [...] I totally see what you mean here. Until I met Larry in person and spent some time with him (he came to SF on business and we had dinner together) I didn't care much for him either. But after meeting him in person I really like the guy. (...) (21 years ago, 29-Mar-05, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.people)

Re: Time to turn on the spotlight.

In lugnet.people.teens, Nathan Wells wrote: Thanks for your interest. (...) No, it is open to ALL. It is merely sponsored by .teens (and therefore it's curator, Stefan) (...) Depends on how many entries we get. So keep building! (...) No size (...) (21 years ago, 29-Mar-05, to lugnet.people.teens, FTX)

Re: Time to turn on the spotlight.

(...) Sounds cool. *brainstorms* I have a few questions, though: 1. Is the contest open only to teen builders (as implied)? 2. How many winners will there be? 3. How big (or small) can the vignette be? 4. How will they know if the contestants are (...) (21 years ago, 29-Mar-05, to lugnet.people.teens, FTX)
