No, it is open to ALL. It is merely sponsored by .teens (and therefore it’s
curator, Stefan)

No size limitations are there per se, but as a general rule, you can refer to
the guidelines laid down in
.build.vignette (LOL, I think you’re the one who wrote these ;-P):

The more the merrier. You can enter as many times as you like.
