Well, that didnt take long. I made a few changes to my ever-evolving
Thomas, and here they
are.
I used that new curved slope piece for the roof. I took a pic of it alone,
but it turned out fuzzy. Ill have to re-shoot it. The bummer part about it
is that it is hollow. But I guess that means you can turn it upside down and
use it as some sort of scooper, so whatever.
Also, there was some murmuring going on here about no driver rods (hi, Tim!),
so Ross finished apply for college and worked one up for me-- he also geared
the wheels together. Not really necessary because I wanted this MOC as just
a static display, especially since I have another Thomas in the works. It
will be using the larger BBB wheels and be powered by the PF motor (not sure
which one yet). This one is going to be a show-stopper! :-d

Another question about a new element. Take a look at this picture here (2008
Creator house set):
See the white 1x2x2 windows on the second level of the house? Could these be an
updated version of our beloved 1x2x2 old-style windows that got phased out a few
years back? Does anyone else have information on this?
Thanks!
