(...) I picked up some samples of these after posting my message. These are a perfect fit. The smaller magnet fits under tiles and plates with no problem, as it’s just a bit shorter then a stud. And the diameter for these is a perfect fit for the (...) (20 years ago, 7-Jul-05, to lugnet.parts, FTX)

How many types of metal crane/tow hooks has LEGO produced? I found such a hook in a recent lot, and I'm not sure if it's actually LEGO or something that the previous owners tied to a LEGO element. Thanks for any insight. Dave! (20 years ago, 30-Jun-05, to lugnet.parts)
