Im very curious about these magnets. Have you tried them? How tight is the
fit into the tubes? Also, do the 2x2 tiles sit properly with the small
magnets underneath?
Im thinking about using these magnets for my copy of the Cathedral board
game.

I picked up some samples of these after posting my message. These are a perfect
fit. The smaller magnet fits under tiles and plates with no problem, as its
just a bit shorter then a stud. And the diameter for these is a perfect fit for
the tubes. I placed a D33 in the tube of a new 2x4. And the fitis just tight
enough at the top of the tube that its not comeing out, ever. No glue needed!
Now I can make as many LEGO magnets as I want, in any avalible color.
Combined with the magnet under a tile, the brick adhered to the tile, even
upside down.

Just be sure to insert all your magnets the sane direction in you peices, and
the same for the tile.
