(...) (URL) The more and more I see of the RC/IR train line the more I like it. The sets look to be well-engineered, fun to build, not junior-ized, both have seemingly good parts and it looks easy to hack. Ok the last part doesn't really matter to (...) (...) Hmm. Hypothesising on these pictures... You can see the raised 'patch' on the side of both engines, like that that appeared in Jake's keynote speech. I don't think it's stretching the imagination too much to take this to be an IR sensor - this (...) (20 years ago, 5-Jan-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.org.it.itlug, lugnet.parts)

(...) It doesn't look like the track has metal rails. So, I wonder if these are some of the battery-powered remote-controled trains that LEGO announced at BrickFest.
