Again, thanks to all the people who brought Simon Says robots to the SMART
meeting to test out. This will be a major attraction at the NWBrickCon next
weekend!
Here are some more details that people asked about:
You can drop the robots off at the Center House (in the Seattle Center) any
time Friday (noon to 8pm), or Saturday (9am to 8pm). The earlier, the
better. Make sure you somehow put your name, email address and phone number
on the robots so that they get back to the right owner. A post-it note,
stuck someplace it won't come off (for instance, with one edge of the note
pinched between two beams) is one idea. If you don't pick the robots up
personally on Sunday afternoon or evening, we'll make arrangements for
returning them as soon as possible to their owners after the con.
If you can't make it to drop of the robots at the con, write me an email so
that we can arrange for an earlier time.
Make sure that the 'follow' program is in slot #2. And if you have a
'leader' program, put that in slot #1. It would be nice if every robot had a
leader program, but this is not necessary.
Note also that any other robots that you have are welcome to be displayed.
