The downtown Seattle FAO Schwarz store is hosting a Father and child Life on
Mars building contest this weekend. See the details below excerpted from a
message to me on this topic...
Here's a chance to get a poster, a backpack and to win a set!

I just wanted you to know that I'm having a LEGO Life
on Mars child and parent building contest at the store on Father's Day, June
17th between 1pm and 4pm.
The child and parent must work together and build an original creation that
is Mars themed using their own LEGO at home. I'm using the same rules for
the Life on Mars build off contest that LEGO is doing. I have chosen to not
have an age limit and the child and parent must work together. That's
pretty much the difference. I will be taking polaroid pictures of
everyone's creations and judge them after the contest. I will notify
winners by phone. Here are the prizes.
1st place gets the AERO TUBE HANGER #7317
2nd place gets the EXCAVATION SEARCHER #7316
3rd place gets the SOLAR EXPLORER #7315
The first 50 kids get LEGO backpacks and LEGO Life on Mars Posters.
So there you go. It's gonna be fun. Come on down and spread the word to
all of your LEGO friends.
