Calendar Update for RF&P Show

Just so everyone is on the same page, here is a revised calendar leading up
to the Show:
Wednesday, October 24 - meet at Rich's to finalize display details - map
display for easy reassembly - begin packing up display for transport
Wednesday, October 31 - transport (additional) tables to SMV - preliminary
setup at SMV (set tables, apply table skirting, set lighting, set barriers
and signage, etc.)
Thursday, November 1 - install track and baseplates - begin putting in
buildings
Friday, November 2 - final placement of buildings and installation of
details (scenery, figs, vehicles, etc.)
This schedule should keep us on track and not too rushed. I'm assuming
however that Thursday and Friday night will be very busy!
Preliminary List of Things we will need for setup:
- Electric tape
- Extension Cords (I have a 50 foot and a 100 foot)
- Power strip (?)
- Skirting material (Greg is looking into this)
