Requirements for Layout Design

I'm setting in Stone some "Absolute" requirements for consideration when you
are building layout items that may include train tracks. This has come up on
one of my own projects. I've corrected the issue. In light of this I'd like you
all to consider the Following. I would also like you guys to point out or
suggest anything else that might cause issues while creating items for a mass
layout.

#1 Any Platform, Bridge, Wall, .... should be able to pass a 10 stud brick
between       it on a Straight Track run.

#2 Any Bricks/Plates/Tiles that are used exclusively on the ties of the track
WILL NOT exceed the height of the track rails.

#3 Curves and Switches - Make sure you leave extra width for curves so that
long freight and Locos can pass clearly without derailing.
