(...) Okay, well that is good to know. This exchange coupled with the previous one that happened on our forum made me think that was the intent. Sorry if I mis-read you. (...) I think that the 2 groups use their meetings for very different things. (...) (22 years ago, 28-Mar-04, to lugnet.org.us.lrgoaa, lugnet.org.us.michlug, FTX)

(...) No one is trying to glom LRGOAA under the umbrella of MichLUG. LRGOAA is it's own entity, doing it's own thing. I was just trying to arrange a meeting. (...) I think I may still not have made myself completely clear. In my view as an ex officer of the club, one of the principal bylaws authors, and as a general student of community, the club as a whole has no desire to see LRGOAA become a SIG within (...) I'm not sure there'd be enough room to have fully functional robots actually wandering around on an actual theme layout (especially ones with moving trains that could get derailed), but I can think of two options that could work.
