I'm holding off on details, because we haven't acutally tested them with a train.
In summary, tho, no modifications to parts. Used the geared motors. Built-in
manual overrides. Main problem with switch mechanism: the train can't switch it
back when its coming from the direction opposite of the switch's current
orientation. Overcoming this using a single motor has been problematic.
I hope to test it at next months Indylug meeting (will Eric Smith or Brian Darrow
please bring some track and a train?). When everthing's verified to work, I'll
post on Brickshelf.
