Here's an interesting idea for Brian. It's a way to make a truck that can stay on the road.
This is the only picture I see:

They put metal under the road plates (like washers) and just use a couple magnets to steer the truck. I'm not sure if two are required, or just the one in front. Then, you just need one motor and a battery pack.
I have to make one of these tonight. I'll see how small I can make it.

| Oh, that's sooo easy! Too easy! Should be able to get pretty small with a micromotor and 9v battery box. Even smaller if you juryrig a few button batteries into it. While I had planned on more functionality than this scheme allows (such as choosing (...) (22 years ago, 20-Sep-02, to lugnet.org.us.indylug)
