since steve(h) has the roundhouse (building too?), i will work on an
industrial area and fueling station for the engine yard. i don't know where
it will fit on the layout, just brainstorming. i also tried to render out
the file but pov ray is very difficult jumping in feet first. i also toyed
around with an alternate logo, mainly from just brainstorming ideas about
the website. i will post it on brickshelf later.

Hey all,

The park for the train layout was finished today. I altered Steve • Martin's
Track Designer file of the current layout to show what I consider the • ideal
location for the park. I want to be sure that neither Steve, nor anyone • else
has plans for the same area.

The updated Trak Designer file is at:
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=7097 with the proposed • park
location marked in yellow.

Pictures of the park can be found at:
http://skyllar.topcities.com/Leah/Park.html. I designed the park to • divide
into four pieces with the removal of a few elements to allow for easy • transport.

Leah, the park looks great!  I took your modified track designer file and
changed things some more.

http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=22357

The new file is trainshow2.tdl.

I moved the elevated track to the other side of the city blocks.  This will
make it easier to see the stuff their (like the park).  I also changed
where
the park was to have only 4 baseplates instead of 6 since that is all you
needed.

Thoughts everyone?

Regards,
Steve
