I can also offer the finished basement of my family house, which could probably handle a meeting for about 8 people or so comfortably (less if they are all into trains :-), with a max of about 13. I checked my calendar. September was nearly full. We had talked about Sep 1-3 (Labor Day) but I found out I'm busy then. I'm available Aug 26-27, Sep 30 and Oct 7-8 plus all of October.
