Upon seeing the formation of the new LUGNET group for BLOC, I decided to visit BLOC's web page to check for events and such. Imagine my surprise when I found my name on the members list! Todd, How would you go about establishing a new L.U.G., particularly in a more-localized region? Although I would like to start one in Memphis, I am not sure that I could round-up enough "local boys" and "local gals" who'd be interested. James J. (...)
